Description
The upright, irregular form of this small tree makes it an interesting specimen. Buds form in the summer, opening to creamy white, fragrant flowers in August and lingering into September. Showy rose fruit capsules persist 2-3 weeks. Adaptable to a wide range of soils, but lean soils should be amended with compost.For reference only:
