Description

Sugar maples have beautiful red fall color. They are more site-demanding than other maples, preferring slightly acid, well-drained soils. Avoid planting in open, windy areas to maintain the appearance of the tree. Slow to moderate growth rate. Flashfire is better adapted to heat than other sugar maples, with some of the brightest red early fall color.
