Description
Norway maples tolerate pollution, clay, heat, and drier sites better than other species. They are moderate growers with symmetrical, rounded crowns and dense foliage that turns golden in the fall. They have a shallow root system that uses a lot of surface water, so under plant with drought-tolerant plants. Emerald Lustre is one of the most popular Norway Maples for the Midwest.
