Description
A variety of Balsam fir with greater tolerance to drought and heavy soils than the species, although some supplemental water during drought conditions will help keep it’s needles from dropping. Stiff, symmetrical, pyramidal structure with soft needles. This fir has few insect or disease problems, and is more shade tolerant than other firs. Avoid pruning fir trees heavily.Additional information
