Description
Rhododendrons are slow-growing broadleaf evergreens. They thrive in soils with both moisture and excellent drainage, with acidity and rich in organic matter. They have surface feeding roots, so be careful when cultivating near the base. Nova Zembla has dark reddish lavender flowers, and is very cold tolerant and heat resistant.For reference only:
