Aloe vera
Description
This iconic desert plant is a great addition to any well lit home. This attractive blue-green succulent is commonly used medicinally to treat scrapes and burns. Keep out of too much direct sun as the foliage tends to burn; aloe vera thrives in bright indirect light and watered only when completely dry. The foliage will grow back as it is removed to treat burns and scrapes. Aloe vera will also grow pups that can be removed from the pot to start new plants.Additional information
